I'm not sure I can afford a web site right now. How much does it cost? Don't worry...it's not that bad. $100 per page will create a web presence for you that will improve your business sales, get your name noticed at local companies looking for qualified job candidates, or improve public relations for your non-profit organization. How big is a page? As big as it needs to be! I design each web page to make it fit the information you want on that particular page. However, web users don't like to have to scroll down a page forever to find the information they need. We'll need to keep this in mind while designing your site in order to make your web site user-friendly.

Why do I need my own email? Each web site comes with emails associated with your business, if you need them. You can have one simple email or one for each of your employees--whatever works best for you. Emails with appropriate domain names will help your business look much more professional. For example, this web site's address, or domain name, is rivahdesigns.com. Therefore, my email address is susan@rivahdesigns.com. I could always create a free email address such as susan@somefreewebsite.com, but it looks much more professional with the @rivahdesigns.com behind it. You will appear professional to potential customers if your email is contactus@yoursmallbusiness.com or something similar.

Can I put pictures on my web site? Absolutely!  People surfing your web site love to see actual photos of your business, you, and your products and services.
